Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Works to achieve individual sales targets within geographic area by developing new customers and/or expanding existing accounts.
Support the development of the remote sales activities, help materialize leads when needed, document and track customer behavior to recommend solution and products and identify businesses gap that can be addressed through remote support or a hybrid sales channel
Act as Medtronic face in the dedicated areas and be the link with the multiple businesses and services with the region/ accounts.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including, but not limited to physician practices, Key opinion leaders, purchasing teams, supply chain, Nurses and hospital admin.
Conducts and/or evaluates market research including customers and competitors? activities.
Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in sales processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
Support the business in their Education and training activities.
Completes all assigned training in a timely manner.
