The role holder is responsible for managing the recruitment & On-boarding of external contractors for STC in coordination with stakeholders from relevant Sectors and the Procurement & Support Service Sector to ensure selection of the most suitable candidates for stc?s outsourced operations. This role is also responsible for monitoring adherence to contracts of stc?s contractor companies. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.- Administrates all Outsource recruitment activities, from search, sourcing to offer negotiations.- Follows up the recruitment services of STC?s contract employees to ensure selection of most suitable candidates and ensure that the recruitment process adheres to established guidelines.- Escalates any misalignment between contractors? services and their contracts to relevant stakeholders and ensures timely resolution of issues.- Prepares reports on contractors? services and communicates with related stakeholders.- Provides requisite support to contractors in their candidate search as and when required while adhering to recruitment guidelines.- Provides recommendations to contractors related to applicants as and when possible to assist in getting contractors the right candidate.- Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager.
