The role reports to Head of Talent. Successful candidates should live or be ready to relocate to either Riyadh or Jeddah.Key responsibilities and objectives:Owns and delivers on recruitment lifecycle for several key and high-profile business areasDefines search and filtration strategy and criteriaOwns relationships with Hiring Partners and Hiring ManagersOwns relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing providersOwns and delivers on recruitment reporting and recruitment data qualityChampions recruitment best practiceConducts on-demand market researchSupervises coordinators and sourcersRequirements3+ years of experience in a professional services firm, recruitment agency or with recruitment to head office roles in a corporation / holdingExperience in independent stakeholder management / owning relationships with senior stakeholdersExcellent knowledge of recruitment standards and best practiceReadiness for hands-on recruitment / interviewingExperience training junior team members in recruitment standards and practicesDigital literacy sufficient to operate in Recruitment CRM and ExcelCompetenciesYou enjoy working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environmentYou can self-motivate and work autonomously while appreciating guided coaching and collaborative teamingConfident and effective communicatorA skillful listener and strong at facilitating discussionStrong networker and open to sharing ideas and knowledgeAbility to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes and technology and toolsPeople oriented and value driven
