Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Receivable Accountant to oversee the entire process of collecting payments from our company?s customers. The main responsibilities for this role include managing invoices, handling missed paymentss. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. If you have previous experience managing a financial team, we?d like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire accounts receivable process.

  • Review and maintain accounts receivable records to ensure Aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectable amounts are accounted.
  • Review and maintain daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
  • Manage all the AR process and coordinate with other related departments
  • Review all AR contracts and perform improvements if needed.
  • Maintain in handling E-invoicing and VAT in all AR transactions and confirm correctness.
  • Monitor of complying all AR with IFRS ? regulations ? VAT ? internal policies
  • Assist and confirm the monthly revenue accounting cycle.
  • Preparing reports, statements and projections.
  • The performance of other essential functions may be required.
