Job Description

Job SummaryMaintain Company Quality Management System: Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (training), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Manuals, and Functional Processes. The role holder is responsible for following up on Regulatory Affairs, maintaining compliance with the government and monitoring all regulatory affairs related to company and company departments.

  • Maintain company documents including but not limited to company?s SOPs, practices and relevant standards and guidelines. Review and maintain company?s regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with the government regulatory requirements (ISO 9K, SFDA, MOH etc.)
  • Support the Quality Manager in the determination of training requirements for the quality member, and provide professional training on quality and standards related issues
  • Ensure monitoring and improvement of internal and external customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintain Quality certification (ISO 9001) when applicable
  • Assist the Quality Manager with audits (internal and external) and closure of non-conformities, and producing reports with the correction action plan
  • Monitor all regulatory licenses and make sure they are renewed
  • Conduct companywide internal audits, and advise management with fact-based recommendations based on recorded inspections for quality continuous improvement
  • Handle the final release of all products from the warehouse
