Our ClientThe worlds largest automation-driven, application-focused Cloud Managed Services Provider (MSP), helping businesses worldwide to accelerate their digital transformation journey through our innovative solutions.Job Title: Senior Project ManagerLocation: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaPosition Overview:We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our clients team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex cloud projects and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cloud services to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of cloud projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against established timelines and budgets.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards, including change management and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cloud services or related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex cloud projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus
