Job Description

About the Role We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our growing data team. As a Product Data Analyst, you will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive product-related decisions and optimize user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance product performance and impact business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product-related data to extract valuable insights and identify trends
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor product performance/usage
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and understandably
  • Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and outliers
  • Apply statistical techniques and data analysis to support product optimization and strategy, with a focus on SaaS metrics
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to develop data-driven insights and solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with product goals
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and experience in analyzing user behavior data for SaaS products
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, A/B testing, and product data modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to write advanced SQL queries
