Requirements:Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline8–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, particularly in Detailed and FEED phasesProven expertise in EPCM / consultancy projectsStrong background in process simulation, P&ID development, and process flow diagramsProficiency in process design software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PDMS)Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead process design activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teamsResponsibilities:Develop and review process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process calculationsSupport process hazard analysis and safety reviewsCollaborate with instrumentation, mechanical, and civil design teamsEnsure process designs meet project specifications, standards, and safety regulationsAssist in equipment sizing, selection, and process optimizationSupport procurement and construction with technical clarificationsConduct design reviews and ensure quality standards are metMaintain accurate documentation and track design deliveriesProvide technical mentorship to junior engineers and designers
