This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the organizations manufacturing and supply chain strategies, objectives, initiatives and policies. This role will champion the Fulfillment, HSE, Productivity, Lean and Quality for the plant.As a Senior Plant Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading, driving and promoting a well built HSE & Quality culture across the site Establishing all production schedules to meet customer?s delivery and quality expectations Meeting plant KPI?s for safety, quality and production Managing of Direct staff on their selection, training and development of plant supervisory and administrative roles Driving operations team towards execution of Business Goals using Lean Manufacturing methodology Monitoring & improving cost productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality & compliant manner Establishing and directing plant policies and procedures Drive a continuous improvement environmentFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a degree in a Supply Chain/Engineering/Business Have 10+ years of experience in Plant Management, 5 years in a Leadership role Have knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedures Have proven ability to prioritize, plan and execute important business and supply chain initiatives Have proven leadership experience in manufacturing or a supply chain role Be able to demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, global, unique and sometimes ambiguous environment Have the ability to develop a clear organizational strategy and metrics to drive and monitor improvement Have the ability to successfully motivate and maintain high morale, employee involvement, safety and teamwork in a cross functional environmentWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
