We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our growing team due to increasing project demands. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in mechanical engineering with a specialized focus on steel storage tank construction. If youre an expert in project planning, scheduling, and resource management, this is your chance to contribute to high-impact industrial projects across the Kingdom.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, covering all phases of steel storage tank construction.2. Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, constraints, and mitigation strategies.3. Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align planning activities.4. Prepare and present progress reports, resource histograms, S-curves, and lookahead schedules to management and clients.5. Ensure that planning and scheduling standards comply with company procedures and international codes.6. Analyze project KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.7. Support cost control, risk analysis, and change management processes.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.• 10+ years of relevant experience in project planning and control, specifically in steel storage tank construction or heavy industrial projects.• Strong command of Primavera P6 and project control tools.• In-depth knowledge of API 650, API 653, ASME, and other applicable standards.• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments with complex project scopes.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on landmark and large-scale industrial projectsA collaborative, high-performance engineering team and supportive work culture
