SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Assists staff in solving operational and professional problems.3. Participates in conducting performance appraisals. Counsels employees as needed.4. Checks work of staff to ensure that policies and procedures are observed, and that work meets all prescribed safety procedures and acceptable professional standards.5. Follows all related General Organizations policies and procedures.EducationExperience RequiredFour (4) years in hospital Pharmacy / relevant retail experiences with Masters Degree / Pharm.D (Non-North American approved program) or Six (6) years of similar requirements with Bachelors Degree.
