Job Description

Our ClientA globally recognized fintech that offers a cross-border payment gateway and payment aggregation facility.Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership as the key member overseeing the banking relationships in Saudi Arabia.
  • Source new banking relationships in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions where our Group of companies are operating in and/or have business interests in.
  • Build good rapport and sustainable working relations with bank managers and bank operations team.
  • Educate and guide cross functional departments on banking and transactional knowledge.
  • Propose good Bank mandate practices to Management and maintain records of mandates, signatories and user entitlements.
  • Research on competitors banking capabilities to compete effectively on our customer offerings in collection/payment solutions.
  • Control and advise on bank fees and charges, track companys cost vs bank revenue model.
  • Create banking engagement plans to achieve a strong bank network supporting our companys dynamic business model while complying with our internal compliance policies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of banking partners, operations / client money accounts, new potential banks, rejections and provide monthly updates.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting (or the equivalent) with at least 5 years experience, ideally with experience in Banking, Payments, Fintech or Merchant solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to deep dive into data-related work.
  • Systematic and meticulous - Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word are the minimum).
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources.
  • An ability to perform well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in managing domestic and cross-border payments, FX and transaction banking.
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve the problems creatively and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-pace agile team.
  • Ability to speak English and Arabic fluently in order to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
