Job PurposeParticipate in the analysis of operational risks, risk treatment plans, and analyzing risk-related indicators appropriately identified and effectively mitigated. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development and implementation of the Operational Risk Management annual planParticipate in the implementation of initiatives and activities in order to achieve the operational risk planParticipate in the review, and recommend improvements related to Enterprise Risk Management policy, target operating model, framework and procedures to the line managerParticipate in the identification and analysis of operational risks related to the Sectors as well as at the RCU level.Participate in the identification of the current controls in place to address each risk. Assess the control effectiveness and highlight gaps that need to be remediated.Participate in the formulation of a comprehensive risk treatment plan, including, but not limited to, identifying the appropriate risk response strategy, assigning action items to specific owners and agreeing a set deadline for each action.Participate in the process of identifying and analyzing risk-related indicators, such as key risk indicators, and preparing reports of violations, and submitting them to the line managerParticipate in periodic review of operational risks, their controls and associated treatment plans in coordination with the concerned parties and provide updates to the line manager.Participate in the recording and reporting of all the operational losses faced by RCU, related to operational risks in the Operational Loss Database on a quarterly basis.
