Operational Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex psychological or psychiatric conditions ensuring evidencebased approaches and a comprehensive therapeutic frameworkManage patients with chronic mental health conditions or in crisis including those dealing with trauma severe anxiety andhighrisk behaviorsSpecialize in specific therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT traumainformed care or others to address the diverse needs of patientsContribute to program development by identifying areas for improvement in treatment protocols and patient care programs Provide recommendations to enhance service deliveryConduct group therapy sessions or lead therapeutic workshops creating a supportive environment for patients to build skills for managing mental health issuesProvide crisis intervention for patients experiencing suicidal ideation emotional distress or acute psychiatric episodes ensuring effective response strategiesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans participating actively in case discussions to ensure holistic careMonitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed ensuring that goals are met and treatment plans are aligned with patient needsMinimum Education Required:Master in Counseling, Psychotherapy or related fieldProfessional Certifications Required:SCFHS License as applicable; Evidence.-Based Certification (i.e., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and 100 CME Hours of accredited courses that are directlly related with the field.Years of Experience:Minimum 7 years of Counseling, Psychotherapy or related experience and 2,000 hours of supervised training.Languages:English:Fully Proficient ; Arabic:Fully ProficientYou will be redirected to the company website
