Job Description

About the Position: AE7 Riyadh is looking for a Senior Masterplanner to work on international projects.Preferred candidates will have experience with large scale Destination and Hospitality developments.About AE7: AE7 is a multi-disciplinary design firm with more than 300 creative professionals based in 11 offices across the globe. The firm works on a variety of projects, including: Master Planning, Destination Developments, Healthcare, Hospitality, Higher Education, Residential, Civic, Commercial, and Infrastructure.Role DefinitionReporting to: Director of Masterplanning and Urban DesignResponsibilities:

  • Direct and participate in all phases of large scale projects in master planning and urban design.
  • The candidate will represent AE7 to Clients for all issues pertaining to final site layouts and planning.
  • The candidate will act as The Subject Matter Expert for the overall site scheme for interface with relevant regulations and codes for planning requirements.
  • Developing Master Plan/ Urban Design concept with team members.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain Master Plan and Urban Design plans and concepts.
  • Ability to create Planning graphics, diagrams and sketches.
  • Other duties are requested
