Job Description

General SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Program manager with end-to-end SAP Delivery experience in different functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, Real Estate, Construction, Entertainment.) to lead our SAP team and deliver SAP solutions to support our businesses.Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Experience in leading large scale SAP transformation with combined onshore and/or offshore resources.
  • Experience in setting up and leading effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, (detailed project planning, monitoring, and reporting, including metrics measuring earned value).
  • Comfortable in working between the business and the technology functions.
  • Experienced of working in the full SAP delivery lifecycle including leading teams to Define business requirements for SAP software delivery, Functional Design for all new customizations, Technical Design for new customizations, Configurations of SAP functionality, Build of new customizations, Defining Test Strategy, and running test cycles from initial integration test through to UAT, Defining Data Strategy, defining targets for each mock conversion and designing metrics to report on progress, Deployment for each release, including detailed cut-over planning, and Post Go-Live Support / Hyper-care
  • Experience with managing third-party suppliers for the provision of onshore/offshore service delivery
  • Excellent Communication skills written and verbal- for effective dialogue with all stakeholders
  • Adept at managing change, comfortable with dealing with different stakeholders and equipped with the ability to lead through influence.
SkillsQualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Experience leading multiple large-scale SAP transformations with minimum of 15 years of experience in Program Delivery and the related SAP capabilities.
Years Of Experience
  • 9-12 years of work experience in SAP applications.
