This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Associate Director - PMO to join our established and growing team in Saudi.Your responsibilities will include:

• Running, monitoring, and recording the projects progress and reports in regular meetings with any stakeholders.
• Managing and run the PMO activities in wide variety of mega projects.
• Monitoring project budgets and costs and prepare regular status reports.
• Monitoring contracts status of the vendors and suppliers.
• Managing change, risk, and issue - experience in managing change control, risks, and issues within specific projects.
• Identifying project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Evaluating project outcomes in terms of quality, consistency, accuracy, overall value, completion dates and vendors performance.
• Ensuring that recording and maintaining a project database containing all related information, (data, documents, reports etc.) takes place.
• Preparing and submit monthly/weekly or ad-hoc reports to the top management.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

About youPMP / PMO Certified with Bachelors degree (Preferred Masters) in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.You will have familiarity with best practices in PMO structures and operating models and can manage multiple projects and leadership skills to engage with diverse stakeholder.Apply now for a confidential discussion.#LI-Onsite
