Job Description

The senior M&V engineer will lead the M&V opportunities in both public and private sector projects. He will develop and execute M&V plans and reports and make sure that they are in line with the regulator?s requirements. Additionally, he is expected to have high metering skills to exactly meet the number of required electrical sub-meters at a given project.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop initial/final M&V Plans in compliance with IPMVP.
  • Conduct Visual inspection to the buildings and related systems including mechanical, electrical, and process systems to estimate energy consumption.
  • Develop monthly savings reports for different ESMs with different M&V options.
  • Develop and oversee metering plans.
  • Develop Annual M&V reports during the performance period to show the results of the applied ESMs.
  • Supervise the required on-site measurements for different electrical / mechanical systems.
  • Performs appropriate and applicable performance test for HVAC, Pumps, ?. etc
  • Prepare and present the energy savings reports.
