Job Description

We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Partner with the bestYou will prepare the technological process and establish the necessary tools, devices and verifies to ensure the processing of parts in a safe, efficient and productive process. Working with leading-edge technology, you will ensure compliance, search for methods to continuously improve processing and assembly methods/processes.As a Senior Lean Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and managing resources including staffing/manning levels
  • Leading continuous improvement programs to achieve cost reduction, cycle time reduction and customer satisfaction through Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Developing and implementing activities in operations to meet production goals, quality, HSSE and cost objectives
  • Reviewing standard time and process for all routings
  • Overseeing the Win-Tool support in machine shop
  • Recommending the best manufacturing practices and identifying areas that need improvement
  • Analyzing manufacturing standards and capabilities
  • Identifying opportunities available to maximize efficient operations and to enhance the overall operations of the company manufacturing operations
  • Providing leadership on all aspects of manufacturing & technical management to meet demand and quality requirements
  • Maintaining continuous dialogue and communication with the Plant Manager ensuring standard of safety, quality, production & schedules
  • Complying with established company policies and procedures, as well as delegating assignments to subordinates as needed
  • Contributing to the effectiveness of the business unit planning and goal setting process
  • Measuring success including the measurement of shipment, on-time performance, inventory levels, gross margins realized, and bookings
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor? Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Have a minimum of 10 years? experience in the Manufacturing environment with at least 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
  • Have Minimum 5 years of exp welding technics and practices
  • Experience interpreting and applying ISO 9001 2015 and or API 17J certified would be highly advantageous to your application
  • Have following certificates is a big plus:NDE/Welding certification , QMS - ISO 9001/API Q1, RCA / CAPA Training, CoPQ
  • Be able to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency
  • Be fluent Arabic (desirable) & English
