The firm works on a variety of projects, including: Master Planning, Destination Developments, Healthcare, Hospitality, Higher Education, Residential, Civic, Commercial, and Infrastructure.About the Position: AE7 Riyadh is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to work on international projects.Preferred candidates will have experience / expertise in Master Planning, Destination Developments, Parks and other multidisciplinary projects of various sizes and scaleRole DefinitionReporting to: PrincipalResponsibilities:

  • Lead landscape designs from concept design phase through construction documentation / specifications as well as construction oversight
  • Play a key role in client management by maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  • Require knowledge and in depth experience with materials and finishes, levels and grading, furniture, lighting, planting, irrigation landscape specifications and local construction methods.
  • Able to manage / mentor junior staff
  • Possess strong working knowledge of standards and constructability.
  • Able to coordinate consultants and other disciplines
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the aesthetic and technical components of landscape architecture.
