Overview:An experienced Lead RPA Developer – UiPath to design, develop, and optimize robotic processautomation (RPA) solutions. The role involves driving automation initiatives, ensuringscalability, and enabling process efficiency through UiPath technologies while working closelywith business and IT stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using UiPath tools.• Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and relatedcomponents.• Build and implement reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensurescalability.• Integrate UiPath bots with enterprise systems and third-party applications.• Conduct RPA awareness sessions, assessments, and discovery workshops to evaluate feasibilityand ROI.• Optimize existing automation workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator including scheduling, logging, and monitoring bots.• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to minimize downtime and ensure smoothoperations.• Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and integrations.• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automation outcomes.• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams for sustainability of automationinitiatives.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.• 8+ years of experience in software development/automation, with proven expertise in UiPath RPA.• Strong hands-on knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.• Experience in process assessment, ROI calculation, and automation strategy.• Proficiency in .NET, C#, VB, Python, or SQL is a plus.• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.• UiPath certification(s) preferred (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, UiPath Orchestrator).
