Job Description

Our ClientA high growth Fintech start-up is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They are looking for an experienced HR professional who can provide both strategic and operational support to the Human Resources department.Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Plan and execute recruitment and selection strategies to hire top talent.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment is maintained.
  • Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining accurate HR records and managing employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the business goals and culture.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the business.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Experience in a leadership role within HR.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
