Ecolab is seeking a Senior HR Generalist toprovide strategic human resource generalist consultation to associates and managers.This position will serve as a critical member of the team and will partner closely with HR and Talent Acquisition associates.This person may manage the HR function for a number of divisions and functions.What?s in it For You:

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for managing several key areas within the HR function, such as talent acquisition, inclusion, employee/labor relations, compensation, training and development, disability and worker?s compensation
• May manage HR function for a business unit or line of business
• Assist top management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development
• Coach and develop managers around employee relations, performance management, goal setting and other key areas. Ensure all related processes defined from global HR are effectively executed within timeline.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of core HR service delivery
• Create and recommend opportunities to enhance the culture and associate engagement.
• Serve as a resource to both managers and associates by providing policy, systems, and procedure interpretation.
• Support the review & development of HR policies and processes as necessary for the business.
• Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies and ensure the organization?s recruiting needs are handled appropriately.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout the staffing process.
• Support effective on-boarding of new hires and effective integration into the business as led by the Line Manager.
• Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.
• Support actions of the wider HR team including related projects such as policy development, onboarding, talent development and implementation of global and regional HR initiatives.
• Actively participate in business and human resource projects as required.
• Developing Saudization and diversity reports to share with the local management and working closely with them to develop Saudization and Diversity plans to implement.
• Supporting in different HR audit needs including internal ones and external ones such as IKTVA and localization reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in human resources, business administration or other related area
• 5 years of Human Resources experience
• No immigration sponsorship is available for this opportunity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday with technical aptitude
