We’re Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate Development & InvestmentLocation: RiyadhIndustry: Real Estate (Development, Leasing, Asset Operations)Experience: 10+ years (5+ in real estate finance)Reports to: CDO / Investment DirectorWe’re looking for a seasoned financial analyst with strong experience in real estate feasibility studies, investment modeling, and market valuation to support our strategic projects across Saudi Arabia.What You’ll Do:• Conduct highest & best use (HBU) studies and detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV).• Evaluate JV, PPP, off-plan structures within local regulations.• Perform valuations per RICS/IVSC standards.• Benchmark against listed RE players (e.g., Dar Al Arkan, ROSHN).• Engage with top consultancies (JLL, Knight Frank, CBRE) for appraisals.• Monitor asset KPIs, recommend investment strategies, and analyze macro trends.• Prepare investment memos and present to banks, PIF-backed entities, and regulators.Qualifications:• Master’s in Finance / Real Estate / MBA (preferred)• Certifications (CFA, RICS, FRM) are a strong plus• Background in top-tier consultancies or RE investment firms
