People who are as passionate as we are about making energy safer, cleaner and more efficient.Partner with the bestAs a Senior Finance Manager you will play a key role in driving execution excellence in the site with specific focus on Production (Planning, Adherence to plan, Execution excellence, capex investment), Material management (Physical Inventory, Obsolescence) and Supply Chain functional cost (Functional cost analysis, cost out initiatives, cost accumulation)As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning Surface Pressure Control (SPC) Saudi Ledger to ensure accuracy, good quality of closing and right level of analysis
  • Supporting the Dammam Plant Manager in driving the supply chain strategy and reporting progress and results to the SPC Supply Chain Finance Leader
  • Leading two finance analysts dedicated to Dammam plant, and drive priorities, execution, and process consistency
  • Managing the financial play of any strategic business expansion, working closely with both Dammam Plant Manager and SPC Supply Chain Finance Leader
  • Pairing with site leadership team to shape local initiatives, prepare solid business cases and track delivery
  • Driving Cost of Quality metric accountability with the Quality organization
  • Supporting Engineering KPI?s and drive cost accountability.
  • Partnering with Controllership and shared services Centre of Excellence teams to shape compliance for operations
  • Acting as point of contact for local authorities to ensure compliance with internal and external standard
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor?s or equivalent degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
  • Have 7+ years of experience in a finance role
  • Have 3+ years of management experience
  • Have strong analytical ability & business acumen
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Have solid interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Have knowledge in SAP BI
  • Have experience in Oil & Gas (preferably)
