Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.Partner with the bestexpand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity risk in Wellbore Intervention and/or other product groups.As a Senior Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising all work associated with rig site fishing operations
  • Conducting safety meetings with rig crew ensuring work is done properly and safely
  • Directing rig crew on the rig floor during operation of fishing tools down hole
  • supervising procedures are safely implemented, and equipment used is properly handled
  • Developing and planning work activities with customer representatives to ensure correct equipment is ordered, used, serviced, and maintained according to company procedures
  • Managing the equipment used in the fishing operations to ensure its safety and cleanliness
  • meeting with managers and customer representatives concerning cleaning out the customers well bore and other safety issues and concerns affecting the fishing operations
  • Providing daily contact with and/or reporting to customers and district regarding costs involved and equipment used
  • Conducting safety meetings with rig crew ensuring work is done properly and safely.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • have an Engineering degree or diploma with 10+experience in Fishing, casing Exit/Liner, Wellbore Intervention, or have a High School or Technical college with Guild certificate with 8+experience.
  • Have an Experience within a quality well servicing organization
  • Have a Previous experience of supervising and managing a team of both onshore and offshore personnel is a plus
  • Have Offshore and Onshore rig experience.
  • Have an Experience in running downhole tools in liners, whipstocks, fishing, sand control or storm/retrievable packers are preferred
  • Actively participate in all base training initiatives
