It includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and componentsYou will be responsible for: Partially managing of a team of people within Surface Pressure Control covering several engineering functions including Wellhead, Valves, X?mas Trees, etc. Dealing directly with Aramco on daily basis for operational support & project execution. Conducting field visits (if necessary) for investigations/new product installations. Reviewing & approving procedures for installation and troubleshooting Approving/Performing modification designs for existing equipment. Conducting calculations, drawings, tilts studies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA?s) Working on complex technological solutions, solving issues and developing new solutions that require usage of methods and approaches with some precedence. Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders. Providing inputs and influencing decisions within own discipline and area. Communicating recommendations and solutions across the organization and with cross-functional partner organizations. Being involved in complex decision making, sometimes with external parties.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college. Have 12+ years of experience in Design Engineering Management (Pressure Control Equipment). Have strong knowledge in field problem solving and customer operations support for API 6A products (wellhead/valves/trees) and Mudline systems. Review and approve procedures. Have good oral and written communication skills. Have proven interpersonal and leadership skills Have demonstrated ability to lead projects, RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) and design reviews.
