Job descriptionJob Summary:This position is responsible as Senior Engineer the preparation of road geometric design for various projects. It involves creating design drawings, providing technical support to various teams, and supervising junior staff.Job requirementsResponsibilities: Road Design: Prepare road geometric designs. Create detailed design drawings and specifications. Assist the site team with construction drawings, design calculations for earthwork quantities, and project-related maps and drawings. Support the tender and bidding committee with design data for quantity calculations. Assist the technical manager in design follow-up with clients. Provide technical support to the traffic department for their design needs. Supervise CAD design draftsmen in preparing design drawings.Relationships: Internal: Technical managers, supervisors, other engineers, project management team. External: Site project managers, partners, owner and consultant staff.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Road Geometric Design. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in total. 5 years of experience in roads/bridges supervision. 3 years of experience in road geometric design. Technical: Geometric design of roads and interchanges, design and construction experience. Behavioral: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English), ability to handle technical design follow-ups with clients.Software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor of Technology/EngineeringGender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
