Ensures that data are accessible.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1.Supports the collection, compilation and analysis of data to create BI reports, dashboards and analyses to satisfy business needs.2.Works with relevant applications teams to identify sources for required data in systems and detect data gaps if applicable.3.Collaborates with Operations and Support to maintain optimal system performance.4.Supports the management and maintenance of the DW platform and BI tool.5.Understands and analyze business data and BI requirements.6.Monitors and tune data warehousing processes and performance.7.Provides Level 3 maintenance and support for incidents escalated by Technical Support.8.Provides problem management support as part of the problem management process.9.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.10.Participates in self & others education, training and development, as applicable.11.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.EducationMaster s or Bachelor s Degree in computer science or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredThree (3) years of related experience with Master s Degree, or five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor s Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)N/ADesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
