The role holder is responsible for supporting the stc sustainability strategy & planning, as well as reviewing the design and development Strategic Sustainability Framework. The role holder is also responsible for advising the communication & reporting of sustainability progression to related stakeholder .The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Collaborates with strategy to develop the stc sustainability strategy & planning, underlying initiatives and corresponding budget Leads the design and development Strategic Sustainability Framework/Blueprint for Group execution/ sustainability governance framework Develops the process of sustainability organization assessment and selection Ensures the Implementation and execution of relevant aspects of sustainability factors across stc Guides building, supporting internal networks to execute the sustainability strategyCollaborates with internal stakeholders to integrate strategic and responsive sustainability with key business, environmental, social aspects of the stc Leads the monitoring of sustainability performance and impact Leads and advise the communication & reporting of sustainability progression to related stakeholder Assess impact of sustainability progression to related stakeholder Ensures the delivery of sustainability assurance and advisory projects from scoping to delivery;Delivers exceptional client service, maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businessesInfluences clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior peopleEnsures the delivery on the role of Sustainability as one stc strategic imperatives through understanding and alignment of stakeholder relations, business imperatives and regulatory challengesLeads the Improvement on Sustainability Reporting in terms of disclosures, international benchmarking and data collection processes and reporting qualityContinuously challenge stc group units to improve on operational effectiveness and efficiencies through ideation, best practices and adoption of international standardsDrives the establishment of dynamic and productive relationships with international and local partnerships to improve our sustainability agenda and strengthen our position locally, regionally and globallyOversees the creation and integration of Group-wide initiatives in terms of operational policies, campaigns and activities that will set key common action items and processes within stc groupLeads on build the communication momentum to ensure awareness and excitement of the sustainability agenda in HQ and district as well as collaborate with corporate communication in term of media and stakeholder opportunities to position stc externally
