Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members.
Take ownership of the overall project and its end products and manage client expectations to ensure project success.
Leverage superior analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills to lead the research, analysis, content development, design and implementation, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure impact and sustainable results.
Work closely with the client in understanding their specific requirements and ensure that the project meets the initial brief.
Leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to help and support consulting team members from a content, project management, quality, and delivery perspective.
Plan projects effectively ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. Prepare the project work plan and organizing the project team to deliver ahead of schedule.
Act as a trusted advisor and go-to focal point during engagements. Strengthen the partnership with the client organisation.
Identify client challenges and needs and engage proactively with clients and Partners/Directors to scope potential additional support.
Work with Ozone Leadership to respond to leads and client support requests.
Develop winning proposals, statements of works, and other documents where required by contributing or leading the technical proposal development.
