Job SummaryWorking in a client-facing role, responsible for the direct management of the international and local contractors on site.Youll Be Responsible For
  • Managing the construction delivery of complex project development.
  • Giving direct on-site leadership and management of contractors.
  • Providing on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, and adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Managing a complex network of stakeholders.
  • Developing a high-performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners.
  • Managing, through and alongside the consultants, all aspects of HSQE.
  • Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues and communicating it across the leadership team.
  • Managing project scope and changes.
  • Driving delivery on site with a particular focus on the complex structural steel elements.
  • Solving problems, managing temporary works, logistics, and site-wide coordination.
  • Delivering appropriate and effective executive-level communication.
Youll Need To Have
  • You have a relevant degree qualification, masters preferred. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
