Senior Compliance OfficerThe Job Holder is responsible to Plan, Coordinate, Guide and Monitor all SSHEQ Assurance Compliance Initiatives through IMS to ensure that all Planned compliance activities are completed within timeframe. 1-SSHEQ Compliance:-Plan, Coordinate, Guide and Monitor all SSHEQ Compliance Initiatives through IMS to ensure that all Planned compliance activities are completed within timeframe. -Identify & Develop Compliance Plans for each Project to ensure that all compliance factors are considered effectively. -Initiate IMS standard manuals, procedures and documents, forms or templates for improvement of IMS. Devising and maintaining IMS systems. -Examine system requirements implementation and gaps against international, local, or standard quality systems; I.e. ISO9001, 14001 45001?etc. -Conduct regular gap analysis to ensure IMS effectiveness and Measure the effectiveness of integrated management system and update process in accordance with system integrity; information, business process flow. Conduct ISO 9004 Maturity assessment and prepare action plan to improvement2-SSHEQ Audits:-Arrange and facilitate audit plans (Internal and External). -Coordinate with Site teams for regulatory / corporate audits. -Lead to complete all Certification requirements and Follow up the actions required after surveillance / certification audit, self-assessments, Gap analysis, IMS reviews To design review and improvement plans (gap analysis, self-assessments, internal and external audits, customer audits etc.)3-SSHEQ Facilitation & training :-Ensure trainings program in place for internal auditors and trainee auditors. -Ensure trainings plan are established and executed as per defined frequency and relevant records are maintained. -Incorporate training objectives are in line with IMS objectives Arrange document controlling and IMS awareness sessions, assist in training for all employees, and organize and carry out management meeting reviews, to ensure adequacy of processes implemented and redirect attention to major quality problems and customer complaints, if any.4-Generic Responsibilities:-Conduct research & Benchmarking studies and Identifies, evaluates and uses appropriate information sources to develop analysis reports direct by the Management.. -Provide technical advice to the all employees/Management related to areas of expertise and collaborate with other functions to diagnose the root causes to ensure implementing correct solutions. -Continuously seek out and identify opportunities for Self-Development to ensure having up to-date knowledge about the function and Sector. Follows procedures of reporting on performance and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager.Skills-Experience in implementation of applicable international standards like: ISO Standards, SQAS, and Lean Six Sigma. -Root cause analysis and investigation -Risk and Hazard Analysis -Auditing experience/ qualifications. -Advanced Computer Skills. - Fluency in English Language. -Certified ISO9001:2008 Lead Auditor from a well knows Certified Body. -Certified or Professional with international systems or quality certificates; CIA, ISO9001:2008, or equivalent. -Fluency in Arabic and English Languages. -Root cause analysis and investigation. -Training, Communication and Presentation.
