We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth and expansion in the Saudi healthcare market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that leverage their knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system, strong connections in the industry, and exceptional data analytics and Microsoft Office skills.Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • In-Depth Knowledge of Saudi Healthcare System:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare system, including its regulatory framework, key stakeholders, and market trends.
  • Utilize your established connections and network within the Saudi healthcare industry to identify business development opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Market Analysis and Data Analytics:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for growth in the Saudi healthcare sector.
  • Use data analytics to assess the performance of our healthcare solutions, recommend improvements, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop business development strategies that align with our companys goals and objectives.
  • Execute these strategies effectively, identifying potential clients, partners, and business opportunities, and establishing and nurturing relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams, ensuring a clear and coordinated approach to business development efforts.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills to create detailed reports, manage data, and generate insights that support business development activities.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all business development activities.
Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Saudi healthcare system, regulations, and key players.Proven ability to utilize data analytics to make informed business decisions.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Established connections and network within the Saudi healthcare industry.Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred).
