Job SummaryTo provide drafting and modelling support for the entire project.Job Responsibilities 1Provide BIM modelling and design support.Coordinate and manage Revit models.ÿCreate Revit families and CAD blocks.Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.ÿReview all work for completeness and accuracy.ÿUse checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.ÿProvide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis.Complete printing and plotting requests.Observe professional ethics.ÿDemonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools.Job Responsibilities 2Ensures compliance with the approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans.Setting up project base files.Assemble composite design models for coordination meetings.ÿFacilitate use of composite design models in design coordination/clash detection meetings and provides detection reports by the identification and resolution of all hard and soft collisions.Coordinate BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals.Prepare plan section, detail drawings, create bill of materials, supports list, total station files etc.Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, managing links & historic versioning.Create detailed field installation drawings & fabrication drawings.Create BIM Model ( model) up to LOD 500 and do clash detection for coordination.
