Responsibilities: Develop, review, and manage Mechanical BIM models using Revit.Coordinate with architectural, structural, and teams to ensure integrated BIM models.Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, including Saudi Building Code (if applicable).Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues within BIM models.Assist in creating BIM execution plans and project standards.Support project teams in BIM-related tasks and provide technical guidance.Qualifications & Requirements: Proficiency in Revit is a must.Knowledge and experience of Saudi Building Code is an added value.Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Diligent, highly motivated, and positive working attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills.
