VAT returns finalization & reconciliation of input VAT, output VAT, revenue & advances with Trial Balance.
Leading VAT audits raised by Tax department, preparing all relevant files, reports & reconciliation.
Liaison with external Auditor & provide required data requested by Auditor.
IFRS adjustment entries, specifically IFRS 9,15 & 16.
Prepare regular reconciliation of the organization?s financial position in terms of cost, income, profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
Prepare intercompany reconciliations & adjustment.
Preparing & posting monthly Accrual & prepayment schedules.
Cashflow planning & forecasts.
Perform GL scrutiny on monthly basis.
Variance Analysis reports i.e., budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual.
Stock analysis, Provisions & ageing reports.
Payable reports & reconciliation.
Ad hoc reports based on request by line manager.
Review & assist the payable accountants in Bookkeeping.
Assist with the implementation of the companys accounting policies and procedures.
Perform all other business-related duties as required by the Line Manager.
