Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Analyze reconciling bank statements, and monitor company finances to issue accurate and insightful reports within defined deadlines.
Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheet accounts.
Prepare the PoC calculation for the related projects.
Prepare VAT and WHT payments, Assist with tax audits.
Ensure the accurate cost allocation process.
Review All Supplier Invoices /Payments.
Revising All Customers invoices, checks, making sure the payments are collected on time.
