ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for day-to-day accounting including data entry.Expertise and full knowledge of KSA Local laws and preparing and filing of Gosi , Zakat, VAT returnCompiles and analyses financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.Month end booking ? Depreciation, Prepaid and Amortization Expenses, Provisions (Salary, Leave & Gratuity and Air ticket) and other provisions.Complete the data entry daily in the accounting software and close the books in accounting software monthly. Must send the financial reports to the head of Finance not later than 7th of coming monthIdentify and ensure booking of all projects related expenditure in the project accounts in liaison with the office staff.Ensure & coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.To apply generally accepted accounting principles in preparing and analysing financial information and in the preparation of financial reports.Monthly Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Preparing Vat, Zakat, or any other returns mandatory as per the local laws.Assist to the Reporting manager and complete the Final Accounts and Audit at the year end.
