Job Description

Job Title: Security Vendor Management SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will be responsible for managing all information security contracts and license renewals, handling vendor-related requests and escalations, and facilitating interactions between the business and vendors. Additionally, the Specialist will lead meetings with vendors and provide effective problem resolution as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a solid understanding of InfoSec concepts, and excel in building relationships across all levels of the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all information security contracts and license renewals, ensuring timely renewal and compliance.
2. Handle vendor-related requests, including invoices and documentation, promptly and accurately.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between the business and vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
4. Lead meetings with vendors to discuss contract terms, service level agreements, and performance reviews.
5. Handle all types of escalations from both the vendor side and the business side, resolving issues efficiently and satisfactorily.
6. Provide problem resolution for a wide range of issues, utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills.
7. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements, tracking and reporting any deviations or concerns.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, legal, and IT, to streamline vendor management processes.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vendor contracts, interactions, and escalations.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to vendor management and information security.

1. Associates degree or above in a relevant field.
2. Familiarity with information security concepts and issues.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
4. Comfortable with public speaking and building relationships across all levels of the enterprise.
5. Effective leadership and delegation abilities.
6. Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Strong multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
