Job Description

  • Execute all the jobs assigned by the director of IO
  • Responsible for the organization of all IO Office and administration tasks
  • Liaising with SDEC Administration, IT, Finance and PMO for any issues related to IO office
  • Responsible for recording and follow ups of all HRMS issues
  • Responsible for all office maintenance issues and coordination
  • Responsible to organize the conference room and book the times for all users
  • Responsible for all office stationary
  • Do M3 system data entries as and when required
  • Do Excel sheets data entries as and when required
  • Responsible to maintain office documents and files as necessary
