Key Responsibilities:Supervise the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulationsEnsure scaffolding teams adhere to safety protocols and work efficientlyConduct regular site inspections to assess scaffolding integrity and safety complianceTrain and mentor scaffolding workers on safety procedures and best practicesCoordinate with project managers to ensure scaffolding is completed on time and within project specificationsPrepare reports on scaffolding inspections and progressRequirements:Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industryStrong knowledge of scaffolding regulations, safety standards, and construction practicesAbility to lead and manage teams effectivelyGood communication skills to collaborate with other construction site staffCertification in scaffolding safety and supervision (preferred)
