Key Responsibilities:Structural Analysis and Load CalculationsPerform accurate structural calculations for scaffolding systems.Analyze dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and imposed loads to ensure scaffold stability and safety.Use engineering software (e.g., STAAD, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for analysis and modeling.Scaffolding Design and Drafting:Develop detailed scaffolding designs, layouts, and erection drawings.Provide customized solutions for complex structures and high-risk areas.Ensure designs are practical, safe, and cost-effective.Code Compliance and Safety:Ensure all designs comply with local/international standards (e.g., BS EN 12811, OSHA, Aramco standards if applicable).Collaborate with HSE teams to address safety requirements and risk mitigation.Project Coordination and Technical Support:Liaise with site teams, project managers, and clients to ensure clear understanding of scaffold design requirements.Provide on-site support during erection, modification, or dismantling phases if needed.Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for material estimation and delivery.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare technical reports, method statements, and load calculation documents.Maintain accurate design records and revision history for all scaffolding systems.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in scaffolding design and engineeringProficiency in structural design software and drafting toolsSolid understanding of scaffolding standards and safety regulationsStrong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
