Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly experienced SAP ERP Program Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale SAP ERP implementation projects. As the SAP ERP Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple SAP projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and IT teams, to define project objectives, develop project plans, and allocate resources. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall SAP ERP program, including multiple projects, to ensure successful delivery
  2. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  4. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  5. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables
  6. Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into project plans
  7. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to SAP ERP implementation
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  10. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
Preferred Candidate: Arabic Speaking Mandatory
  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation, with at least 5 years in a program management role
  2. Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR
  3. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects on time and within budget
  4. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  7. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  8. Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts
  9. Certification in SAP project management is a plus
