Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Enable Now professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As an SAP Enable Now specialist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality training content and materials to our employees. You will also play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to end users. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Enable Now and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop training materials using SAP Enable Now, including e-learning modules, simulations, and interactive videos.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and create customized training content.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users, ensuring they have a clear understanding of SAP Enable Now functionalities.
  4. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
  5. Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes in SAP Enable Now functionalities and updates.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve user adoption and performance.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Enable Now and instructional design.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop learning strategies.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Enable Now.
  2. Strong knowledge of SAP Enable Now functionalities, including content development, publishing, and reporting.
  3. Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training materials.
  8. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
