As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, customer-focused, and results-driven professionals who are passionate about real estate.Position: Sales SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans and performance goals.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to identify sales trends and new opportunities.Coordinate property promotions, events, and site visits for potential clients.Requirements1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or relevant sales roles.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Passion for real estate, with a strong drive for achieving results.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market is preferred, but not mandatory.CompensationSAR 4,000 – 10,000 per month (varies by experience, position, and performance)
