Saudi Arabia˙Feb 16, 2023˙Permanent ˙Full timeOur client is a leading pharmaceutical company. They are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to join them in Riyadh.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train and evaluate the performance of sales leadership team and sales representatives.
  • Administer promotions and incentives and provide motivation as needed.
  • Establish team and individual sales goals and provide effective coaching of sales managers to consistently improve their performance.
  • Allocate or adjust resources as needed.
  • Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Collect and utilize necessary marketing information.
  • Provide account support and administration to increase company products presence with accounts.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly activity and productivity reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.
  • Prepare and controls budgets for Kingdom
  • Support customers requiring additional assistance.
  • Lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
