Job SummarySales Manager Government under the general guidance and supervision of the DOSM, and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, oversea and implements all sales activities in his/her specific area of responsibility. As a Sales Manager Government, we rely on you to,
  • Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Participates in weekly sales & marketing meeting to share ideas or feedback on business improvement.
  • Establishes and maintains an effective communication channel.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff, and employees.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to maximize hotel profit in all revenue producing areas.
  • Maintains a cohesive working relationship with Sales & Marketing team, and other operating departments of the hotel.
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 2 years working experience in a hotel.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
