As part of our growth strategy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking high-calibre sales professionals to join our established commercial team based at the KSA Branch Office, Abqaiq 105 – 3rd Industrial City, Dammam.Candidate Profile – Minimum CriteriaDemonstrated track record of strong, sales-driven achievements within the Construction Chemicals sector(focused specifically on admixtures and concrete technologies)Currently resident in Saudi Arabia with full awareness of the regional construction marketValid Saudi driving licenceExcellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbalRobust technical competence in concrete admixtures and their applicationsProven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholdersincluding ready-mix producers, contractors and consultantsStrong commercial acumen, negotiation capability and presentation skillsKey Responsibilities:Achieve sustained sales growth and defined revenue objectivesPromote and position CASTECH’s product portfolio to drive project specificationsConduct technical presentations, site support and performance demonstrationsDevelop and expand market share through strategic customer engagementTrack project pipelines and convert opportunities into successful sales outcomesEnsure accurate reporting, CRM management and market intelligence updatesUphold and represent CASTECH’s corporate values and professional standardsWhat We OfferA performance-driven environment with clear career development pathwaysCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and achievementsOpportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding operation within the region
