Location: DubaiKey Responsibilities1. Responsible for leading and directing the sales team of Modern Trade for Food/Beverage brands.2. Maximize sales by focusing on market strategy, implementing sales KPIs, achieving targets on volume/value, and business development for the brand.3. Responsible for full operations within the assigned channel/territory and liaising with Supply chain, NSM and Partner to ensure smooth operations.4. Maintain and ensure compliance with MSL for the assigned channel/Brand5. Responsible for business plans for distribution channel/Brand, including volume and revenue forecasting and Identifying risks and opportunities.6. Track and analyze markets, competition, customers, pricing, portfolio, online, placements and promotions brand activations and listings of the portfolio to ensure you always have a winning customer plan.7. Responsible for regular updates to senior management on market, distribution, channel, product movement, and targets.8. Responsible for expanding and further developing the channel/brands within the allocated customers (distribution, executions, turnover, sales spends, sales).Requirements :1. Understand business fundamentals improved ( sos, ros, distribution, interruption points etc)2. Strong understanding of Food and Beverage market within the UAE3. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.4. 8+ years experience in management position with FMCG(Food & Beverage) market5. Strong leadership and people management skills.6. Sales and negotiation skills, presentation skills, team management and coaching, analytical & comprehension.
